The Aging Client

Learn how to be the most effective teacher to your older students.

The Aging Client is a 60-minute webinar workshop that covers the physiological and behavioral changes that occur when we age. Learn how these physiological changes impact how older clients learn, and how to adapt your teaching style to meet them where they're at. You will walk away with two highly systematic approaches based in motor learning theory to effectively teach both an experienced older client in Pilates as well as a novice older client in Pilates.

Nope! The Aging Client is applicable to ALL different types of Pilates certifications. This class focuses on the physiological and behavioral changes that you are likely to encounter with an older client, and on concepts from motor learning theory that will help you accelerate learning for older students.
